Delivery Information


Print & Delivery Information

Our press operating times are between 08.00am to 04.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays). We will always endeavor to complete your order within the specified print lead-times but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances that is out of our control or during seasonal variations delays can happen.

Note: Printing will only start after artwork approval whether supplied by you or done by us. When supplied files are optimised for print, formatting and colours can change, to avoid any errors we will always email back an optimised print ready PDF proof.


Our Couriers

We use UK Mail and Interlink Express couriers with signed-for delivery for all our deliveries. UK Mail and Interlink Express are two of the UK’s leading couriers, with over 100 depots in the UK and Ireland! Interlink Express operates a ‘Total Zero’ principle, this means that every delivery is carbon neutral at no extra cost to our customers. ORDER TRACKING Once we have booked your parcel with UK Mail or Interlink Courier we will provide a consignment number by email so you can track your order. On the morning of delivery, you can click on the link in your order confirmation email to find out your 60 minute delivery window. Supply a mobile phone number and we will send your delivery updates by text.

Delivery of Printed Items

  • Over-Printed packaging is normally delivered from 9-14 working days from approval of proof.
  • Lithographic Printed packaging is normally delivered from 3-4 weeks from approval of proof.
  • Please note that all print deliveries can be subject to change during busy periods.

  • Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and outside the UK will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
  • Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands) Economy Courier Delivery Service -£9.99
  • Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands) Next Day Courier Delivery Service (Interlink) -£12.99
 

Special Deliveries

  • Delivery upgrades (delivery before 9am, 10am, 12am) are available for an additional price.
  • Please contact us to arrange your delivery if you require a specific delivery day or time.
 

Bank Holidays

  • Orders places during bank holidays will be despatched next working day for delivery the day after.
